In summer 2017, the biggest global sporting event of the year will come to London’s Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.

Over 10 magical days, the Stadium will light up for The Summer of World Athletics – like you’ve never seen it before.

Since the incredible summer of London 2012, the iconic Stadium in Stratford, east London, has undergone a remarkable transformation.

There’s now a brand new flexible seating system bringing sports fans closer to the action. A ring of world-class facilities circling the Stadium for spectators. And a stunning new roof – covering every seat and creating a fantastic atmosphere. Watch the video above to see more.

The Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park is served by a range of public transport services including the London Underground, Docklands Light Railway, National Rail and London Bus services. More detailed information on travel options, including those for spectators with accessibility needs, will be available on the London 2017 website soon. 

There is no parking at the London Stadium except for very limited Blue Badge parking in the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park - check back soon for information on how to book a space if you hold a Blue Badge.
